- How can I find my pictures ?

- Archived ? Under the Event title in the gallery there is only a folder saying - “This Event has been archived”, how do I get to see the pictures?
There is only a finite server capacity, which prevents an infinite amount of pictures being hosted. In order for more recent events to be made available for order, older events are Archived from the server, and cannot be ordered again.
- There is a padlock sign and a password question ?
If you are involved with the event or commissioned a private event then you will be able to use the password provided. Contact me if you need a gentle reminder, or the contact details of the event organiser. Private events are hosted for as long as the contract terms set-out, usually for 6 months.
- The pictures are really dark and I can’t see them !
Make sure your screen is calibrated appropriately click here to use the screen-calibration picture from Photobox. When set properly it should be possible to see a clear difference between all the graded colour boxes on the image. If you really want to know about screen calibration - click here for a very technical discussion.
- All the pictures have AntBliss.Com watermark on them !?
This is an on-line watermark to assert Copyright - it does not appear on the final print that you order.
- How do I get a copy of the picture ?
Prints of the picture can be bought through the preview online Event Gallery. Have a look at the How to Order page here. Once you are happy with your selection click on the “View Basket” instructions and follow the Printbutton payment process from there. You can cancel your order at any time by clicking on the “Cancel order” button on the left of the screen.
- Payments methods ?
Visa, Mastercard, Switch and even PayPal are all accepted methods of payment and fully protected against internet fraud. Always check for the secure site padlock sign on your web browser when entering any credit card information.
- Where is your phone number - I need to contact you !
Due to online security from spamming and other fraud - the phone number is not on this web site, if you e-mail me with your phone number or a request for mine - we’ll call or contact you right back as soon as we can.
