Ordering Prints and Downloads

The Gallery is designed to make online ordering simple, easy and quick.
Below is a detailed step by step guide to ordering your pictures which should help if you get stuck. Click here to find out how to search for your pictures

Generally the process is - select your pictures, put them in your shopping basket, view your basket, and checkout. Delivery for normal items is a very fast 2 days. Wait for the postman, open Post and enjoy your memories! Simple !

1. Here’s the detail -
   Find the picture you want.(see Searching for more help on this)
2. At the side of the page, select the size of picture that you like.
3. Click on “Add to Basket” button at the top of the page
4. A new window will appear to confirm that the image has been added to your shopping basket.
5. Add any information requested (i.e. caption, race number)
6. Click Continue Viewing, or View Basket.
7. Repeat until you have selected all the images you want.
8. You can select images from different events.
9. If a product has a minimum order quantity this can be split across different pictures.
10. Click on “View Basket” (at the top of the page).
11. All your chosen images will be shown to you as thumbnails.
12. CHECK VERY CAREFULLY that the red border does not crop off part of the image that you want to keep. Select or de-select “CROP” as appropriate. Click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page to make any changes to your selection.
13. Check through the Red Borders and thumbnails one more time, and confirm the sizes that you want.
14. Click Continue on the ordering process and Proceed to Checkout.
15. Follow the on screen instructions, through the three order confirmation screens.
16. Make sure that the Padlock symbol appears at the bottom of the screen where you enter your credit card details.
17. Once your order has been placed the Ordering system makes a request to the Gallery server for the full size image. This may be automatically or manually sent to the ordering system for printing and due to the size of the files may take some time.
18. Usually within 24 hours the picture will have been printed and placed in the post. Gift Items and larger than standard prints may take a little bit longer.
19. Select First Class post for the most cost-effective delivery.
